Can anyone identify the manufacturer of this upper by this rollmark?

It isn't a roll mark.

It stands for Cardinal Forge and it is who did the raw forging, not who machined your upper.

Thanks. That's a start. I do appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I don't see any other markings on this upper. How can I identify the manufacturer?

You aren't going to be able to tell for sure just by that forge mark since a few different companies use Cardinal forgings.

If the upper was bought complete with a barrel, the barrel markings will be your best bet for an ID.

Thanks, I see the Cardinal now.....before I thought it was a pic of a house falling down.  I have uppers with that forge mark from CMT, RRA and DPMS.  FWIW, the CMT has white T Marks, the RRA has white T marks and a RRA logo, and the DPMS has stamped in T marks.
