I know Bushmaster makes a couple versions of one. Who else does and are they worth the money. The Bushmaster upper is $1000.

POF and Leitner Wise make them also. I think Bushmaster sells a version of the POF upper. I don't think the HK version is normally available to the public.
Personally I don't think they are worth the money.
