Nice.

I run a ergo grip on mine, but it isn't quite right for me. I have a MIAD full kit on the way so we will get to experiment.

Yes they are YHM BUIS. They feel solid. And the ergo grip also feels great. Way better than the hard plastic grip that came with the lower parts kit. I will only be able to try it out after the 25th of Aug when I get back from my business tripHysterical.gif

indeed. that was one heck of a "start".

i have a YHM BUIS. they *were* a nice set-up when they came out. they are rugged and well built, but not as "refined" as some of the others out there. when they came out they were 1/2 the price of an ARMS unit (i think i paid $60 for mine). unfortunately, they seem to have crept up in price to nearly that of the more whiz-bang BUIS's out there.

at 60-70 bucks you got a good deal on a rugged, well built, though simplistic product.

at 90 bucks now, they need to streamline them a bit more. still a good product, but not as good of a value as they once were.

looks just like mine! lose that pressure switch in a combat situation you can be left looking for more tape or it failing to work go with the thumb push instead.

Yes!The fewer parts a tool has the more reliable it is! It came with the damn thing so I thought I would slap it on. But thanks for the tip

That's a fine looking rifle.

The YHM BUIS can be found NIB for $64.00 from one of the vendors on this website.  I wish I could remember which one.  I received an email solicitation not more than a week ago advertising the sale.  It may have been Del-ton.
