If you already have the lower receiver you want to make into an SBR this will not be relevant. However, if you have not purchased your parts yet...

Anvil Arms is one of the very few factories that offers to civilians a factory registered SBR option. We do this for no additional charge above that of a standard rifle, (other than the mandatory $200 ATF registration.) If you are not in the state of Florida we will have to transfer the weapon to  a class III dealer in your state, they will likely charge you a fee to do the transfer.

We offer the 11.5" heavy barrel configuration as it has proven to be the most reliable, most accurate and most durable option available. You can have this configuration built as a complete rifle for the base price of $800.

A front flip sight/gas block will run $75 more. Either front sight option includes the choice of a standard A2 upper, detachable carry handle or rear flip sight. Choice of black, tan or green furniture no charge. YHM free float 4 rail hand guard is $100.

By going with a factory built and registered SBR you are not required to have anything additional engraved on your lower receiver as you would if you were to make it yourself and register it on an ATF Form 1. We also have a laser engraving machine and we can engrave "Registered SBR" at the clients request. This is done at no additional charge. We also have about 30,000+ line art images available for no charge engraving. This includes thousands of military branch and unit ID logos and many civilian titles as well.

I know this post is bound to generate the question, "Do you sell just the lower as an SBR?" The answer is; We would be more than happy to do that but the ATF will not allow that. The ATF requires that at the time of transfer the SBR must in fact be a complete weapon or, at a minimum, a kit of all the necessary parts to build a complete weapon.
