What type of tube is better, Commercial or Mil-Spec? What brand use what tubes?

mil-spec

As far as brands I'll take a stab and will probably leave a few out.

Colt, LMT, Stag/CMT. and not sure if any others do.

Normally ppl buy their lowers separate and install their own receiver extension such as Stag/CMT, VLTOR, or LMT.
