Yeah, they're good to work with...if u can get them on the phone. Ordered a lower a couple weeks ago. They told me it would be assembled in 3 days. They've had trouble getting LPK's from Rock River. I figured I'd get a complete lower from them b/c it would cost about the same as ordering all the components and putting them together myself. My complete A2 upper is getting lonely. |
| I still can't get anybody on the phone. I realize they're only at the office three days a week. I tried calling them during business hours. I haven't received so much as a phone call or an email in return. I'm not too picky, all I want is a little communication. |
I had a similar experience and it looks like mine was certainly the exception, but I had need a few small parts and had called, emailed, posted on their add in the EE and got no reply. I finally went with another company who is actually open everyday. This was over the course of a week or so for anyone thinking I was just being impatient. |
| Top notch outfit. Never had a problem getting them on the phone and all my emails were answered same or next day. Have ordered a CAR A4 kit and small parts from them with different orders. Shipping was fast and not overpriced like some vendors. Will definitely use them again. |
