sorry this is probably a stupid question but im not sure, when going to purchase a lower stripped kit you need an FFL what exactly is this?? -Jake |

Federal Firearms License. You have to find someone who has an FFL to take delivery of firearms which includes stripped lowers. Gun Shop can do it for a price or you can just buy your lower from a gun shop. Some folks have FFL's and will do "tranfers" for a fee. You don't need an FFL to take delivery of an upper. |
