I am new to AR-15.com and I just had a local gunshop order me an RRA Entry Tactical. This will be my first AR but I own many other guns. I did a good bit a research and would like anyone whom is familiar with RRA to tell me how long it will be until I get the AR, I heard 6-8 weeks but I sure hope it is not that long of a wait. Also I would like anyones opinion about the RRA Entry tactical and what a fair price is.

Thanks Yall!

Wow,
$849 out the door is a smoking price for a factory entry tactical.  LEO individual officer pricing was $770, then they charged for shipping, which brought it up to $825.  That was one - two years ago.  Now, they sell for $895 out the door.

Good carbine for the money.  Comes with two stage NM trigger.  I ditched the tact carry handle for a std one.  Get the lighter weight barrel, if you plan to carry for extended periods with all the toys that you will eventually put on it.  So what if it doesn't use 4150 steel, & 1X9 twist, or no chrome.

I bought my RRA tactical retail so can't speak to delivery time. However, after doing an ass load of research into this weapon you shouldn't spend more than $850 to acquire one. Good choice, btw.  I have 3000 rounds through mine and love it.
