went to a gun show this morning and a guy was selling a rock river mid length upper with complete BCG and a 12" YHM quad rail for $660. deal or not?

I don't know about the quad-rail but a complete mid-length upper direct from RRA is $480 and you can probably get it for $20-30 less at http://www.ar15sales.com/rrauppers.htm.

its not a bad price imo IF its NIB and has some qualtiy BUIS/rear sights
NIB complete RRA upper: ~$500 for A3 w/ no rear sights, +~$80+ for the sights; add on the YHM rail....
if it doesnt have a rear sight or new, then no, its not really a great deal
