[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Another newbie AR

Hey Guys,
Well, I finally went and got an AR. Figured I should grab one while I could. It is a DPMS lower with DPMS Upper. It has a 20" 1X9 NM Fluted Barrel. I added a 3X9 Simmons scope (had it lying around) and a RRA NM 2 stage trigger (which is awesome). I haven't even been to the range yet but when I do I will post some more pics. The black fluted berrel looks awsome...Ive never seen one before. What was the price tag if you dont mind. I have a Bushy .223 and looking for something in .308 and I would love a black fluted barrel.

You know, I don't know. My brother put this together for me. He had the barrel on one of his ARs (everything from 223 to 50 beowolf to 308) and I really wanted a fluted barrel. I even sent him some pictures of the rifles from this site so he knew the look I was going for. I think he nailed it. Anyway, he took it off of mine and bought himself a regular one. It is a DPMS .223/5.56 Nation Match barrel in 20" length.
