I am looking for a AR to use for coyote hunting. I don't want anything fancy. Just a basic 16" flattop. Any suggestions? I have looked at the OLYarms k16 but I don't really need a bull barrel. But it is in the price range I am looking for. I just though this would be the place to ask the question. Give a poor college kid some ideas! Drew |
I gave it a quick look. THey seem to be a little high. I never really saw what I was looking for. Is there a way to customize one. |
| Drew, I use a 16in. Bushmaster A3 flattop with iron sights to 100m. Further than that, I place an ACOG on for optics. I ensure the ammo is 62gr Winchester HP for coyotes. I use WOLF 55 and 62gr for plinking. I got my Bushy here on the EE for $850, but you could go less of course if you build it yourself. |
