Looking at the Stag-15 model 2 pre-ban.  How hard is it to remove the front sight post to install a flip front sight?  Or any suggestions on making my way around it?  Thanks

It is easy. Very easy. Clear the weapon, take a punch and drive out the two pins from the small end, take a smaller punch and drive out the roll pin holding the gas tube, remove the FSB, slide on new FSB and attach it however the manufacturers instructions say. Then you're done.

Once you remove the flash hider, if a crush washer is used it may not be as tight as the first time you touqed the washer. You may want to get a extra crush washer just in case.

I wouldn't say this procedure is easy for someone who is asking the question the OP is asking.
