Thanks.

Top notch. Ive got one of their lowers now and another on order. No complaints. This has been asked before in the forums and response has always been positive. Cant beat that 200.00 price on the compleat lowers.

Bought one of their M-4 chrme-lined uppers two months ago; was shooting it this past weekend, and I have zero complaints with quality, workmanship, and realibility. Would definetly buy with confidence again.

I run 6 brands in 8 platforms, two are Ameetec.  They make good stuff.

I bought a few extras:

Buy in good faith, if you can get your hands on one.

I think this may be one of them:

Great to work with,  built my highpower service rifle with Ameetec parts.  Two years of matches including Perry and no complaints.

I posted in the build section and not too many folks chimed in although there isn't much to say, it's pretty basic and, like the title of the thread, "I pushed two pins out and in."  I'd be happy to share with you so here goes.

From my Build Section post:

"Back in November I picked up a complete M4 lower from AMEETEC Arms for $230 after shipping and FFL fee. Very nice lower that got to sit around in a box in my closet. Marked "Cal. Multi" for those of you thinking of doing different caliber builds.

On March 5th I noticed that their special on chrome-lined uppers went away so I ordered one of their complete chrome-moly M4 uppers for $424 shipped.

The order had been pending since I placed it and my check card hasn't been charged, I had even emailed Warren a couple of times to find out if there was a problem with my card or something and he said they were waiting for bolts to come in before shipping the uppers and, according to an email from the 14th, those bolts weren't due in until this week. Lo and behold, my upper arrived via Fedex today (15th). I'm not sure where the wires got crossed or if Warren was just teasing me but the order's still pending on their site and my card still hasn't been charged.  After receiving the upper I emailed Warren and asked what the deal was and he replied that he'd found me an extra bolt and shipped the upper to me.  Nice service as I like good surprises!!!!

I put my two AMEETEC halves together and slapped a carry-handle I had laying around from my Bushy on it and "Voila!!!" I've got a $654 M4 to play with. True it's 1/9 twist and chrome-moly but I've got a 6920 for 1/7 and chrome-lining and I thought this would be something different. The finish on both AMEETEC halves is also excellent. I'll get some pics up later this evening. I took it to the range earlier this evening after cleaning and ran 20 rounds of lacquered Wolf and 30 rounds of Guat (in that order) through it to see if it worked. Ran perfectly but didn't lock the bolt back on the empty mags, we'll let it break in a little more before we get nit-picky though."

I say, give them your business, I think you'll like the results,
Scott

Tell me are their Lowers High or Low Self?

I started out buying an Ameetec lower for a CMMG Upper. Later on I decided I wanted a 9mm AR and picked up an Ameetec 9mm upper and mag block.

I am very happy with the complete 9mm AR. I will be looking to Ameetec for my next build (whatever and whenever that may be).

One other very important point. Ameetec makes an excellent product at an excellent price. What you also get with Ameetec is excellent customer service (my personal experience). Between quality, price, and service, you are lucky to get 1 or 2 out of 3 most of the time. Ameetec was 3 for 3.

If I had to complain about something, it would be they always seem backlogged on orders for lowers. Image that, a waiting list for quality $200 assembled lowers.

I totally agree with what you said; Warren is a pleasure to work with, and he stand by his product. I had to wait a little for my upper, but for $430 USD for the M-4 upper with chrome-lined barrel, can you really complain about a little wait time (two weeks). I think not.

I do want a stripped lower from Ameetec, but is almost impossible to find one!! Warren used to have them on his website, but they are longer there. Still looking for one

Colt=around 400  if you can get it
Dpms with a four position 225  LAR receiver
Rock river = 300 something
