Two questions here.

Upper: I've got a DPMS lower and I'd like to get a 16" varmint upper for it. I kike the DPMS bull/Super Bull but I'm left eye dominant, south paw long arm shooter, and they don't have brass deflectors. Currently looking at Model1, Del-ton and RRA for uppers. 300m or less shooting and there will be some days at the range where many rounds will be burnt up. Any suggestions???

Trigger: I want to get away from this 8+ pound trigger. Suggestions????

THANKS!

well, you can opt for a normal upper w/ a brass deflector

or you can get a stag lefty upper and have your bbl cut w/ ambi ramps

personally, i'd opt for the normal A3 w/ a brass deflector....

for the price, i'd consider the RRA varmiters--the wilson match grade bbls are one of the best for the money

trigger: RRA 2 stage/NM trigger is one of the best for the money (under $100 new) or a tuned WOA w/ RRA parts (check ADCO)

others: Gissiel, KAC, etc

Once upon a time, there was a link to a '15 minute trigger job' you could do on a stock AR15 trigger.

Honestly, after the first one, they don't even take 15 minutes. Remove two pins, polish two surfaces, shorten or tweak two springs.....really, it's easy.
