| Has anyone tried MOLLE compatible mag pouches on a duty type belt? I need to get mag pouches for 3 gun matches and similar uses but don't want to sheel out the cashola for a tactical vest, not to mention it'd be overkill. Anyone tried MOLLE type gear on belts? out. |

Try asking here: www.ar15.com/forums/forum.html?b=6&f=10 (kinda stashed in the Arms & Tactics section...) I would suggest using a dedicated first line MOLLE gear belt instead of a duty belt. |

You should ask this over in teh tac gear section. But the answer is "yeah, sorta." You can wrap the straps around the belt but with most of them you'll have a 3" wide opening for your 2" duty belt which means the pouches will be able to shift around. Better to use duty belt pouches on duty belts and MOLLE pouches on MOLLE belts. |
