Newbie here so thanks for y'alls patience. I haven't zeroed an M16 in 18 years since my 82nd days. How do I adjust the front sight post? I know to depress the detent pin but how do I turn the post?? I can't do it with my fingers, I've thought of maybe covering the jaws of needle-nose pliars with soft cotton first aid tape. thanks in advance. out.

Or you can use a nail. Push in the pin and turn at the same time.

Front sight tool is the best, about $7 at your local gunshow.

Otherwise a FMJ round will do nicely, depres and turn.
