[ARCHIVED THREAD] - where to get a buffer bumper

I am looking for the rubber bumper that is on the end of a buffer.
Does anyone have an extra one they want to get rid of, or where can I get one?

and by first class I mean a bubble envelope with delivery confirmation not just a stamp on a paper envelope.
