I can't decide between the GG&G or the Tango Down VFG, anyone have opinions on either one?

 Thanks

I've used both, and currently run the GG&G.  Its going to be an individual question of what works best for you.  Both are good VFGs that won't snap under harsh use.

I don't know why, but I've just been wanting to say this since a friend of mine said it after coming back from the sandbox...

"Gangsta Grip"

Just say it.

It rolls off the tongue real nice.

Gaaangsta grip.

Never tried the TD one, because the GG&G model works great for me. A perfect fit onto the rail of my Sure-Fire forend, with no "wobble" at all. The only thing I do not particularly like about it is that spare batteries for my light (SF 6P) will not fit into it, but that's not a big deal to me.

It'll boil down to the size of your paws and what you find comfy.

I have large flippers, so I sold my GG&G VFG and went with the TangoDown.

I also run a tapeswitch for the Pentagon X3-HA on my carbine, so the pocket on the TDVG is being used and was a bonus.

I took the dive and went with the GG&G, I just placed the order with Rainier Arms along with the Magpul trigger guard... I had to make it over $50 to get the free shipping

P.s. Stickman, email me when you get Timney triggers in stock

I like the Tango Down grip. It's got a really secure mounting system. I had a GG&G grip that would come unscrewed after a few mag dumps. :/

How does the GG&G attach to the rail? Like the KAC?
