i have a complete busmaster rifle, is there any advantage to switching out the BCG for a ''better'' one? if so, which one and what would the advantage be?

No advantage IMO.  Bushy stakes their BCs properly and they make good bolts.

What about with RRA as in my CAR-A4? Shall it be transformed into an LMT BCG?

I don't have much firsthand experience w/ RRA BCGs.

You could purchase an 'Enhanced" BCG from GTS

Super Duty Bolt Carrier Group

Or you could purchase an MPI'ed, shrouded carrier from either Bravo or Talon Arms as well.

Well considering I haven't seen a bunch of threads on Bushy or RRA BCGs failing I wouldn't waste my money. I do recall a few threads where some of the so called enhanced BCGs wouldn't run with regular .223 ammo, it had to be 5.56 nato.

No benefit whatsoever.

Most BCG from high quality companies are fine just check the staking of the carrier key screws and make sure your extractor spring is not worn out.

Proper Staking of carrier Key Screws content thread link

If there is a problem fixes are Crane O-ring, D-Fender, extra power extractor spring, extractor buffer, extractor, McFarland bolt gas rings, M16 BCG, etc.

I only use Wolff extra power extractor springs in my carbines and Crane O-ring & D-Fender in my extractors for my 20" rifles.

I'm using M16 BCG on all my ARs, it's just my own personal choice but are not required.
