Hi guys I have a AR-15 upper with no markings whatsoever except a tiny letter B in in a circle just below the front sight.

Was this made by Bushmaster?

thanks

It is almost certainly not a Buishamaster, if it is less than about 15 years old; since Bushie stamps their barrels (not the sight base) B MP ----.  As it happens, I have an early Bushmaster barrel, about 18 years old, when they still went by the Quality Parts name, and Bushmaster was the name of the nonAR rifle they made.  While it has a crown forge mark on the side of the sight base, that's just the ID of the forge that turned it out; and if I hadn't bought the barrel from them, I wouldn't know who made it.

Sounds like you have a similar situation. If you weren't the original purchaser of your barrel, you have no way to know who turned it out.
