Looking at getting a piston rifle which should I look at?? Leitner-Wise, P.O.F. or HK?? what are the advantages of one brand over the other?? |

DevL's LW is a custom one-off. It has worked since Day 1. My POF had to have the gas system re-sized and has worked 100% since it came back. I know another LW owner whose upper has been back twice and it still doesn't work on any lowers. I know several POF owner locally who have had no problems with their uppers, but they aren't shooting them in full auto either. I chose POF & DevL's custom LW is a lcose 2nd, a very very very close 2nd. The Aries-- who knows. |

OK, I never said I could count. I expect they will get it working. DevL's is nicer, but it is a custom job, one hell of a one off. Yes, I like it. Basically, both the POF and the LW are damned good systems. I prefer the POF: 1. sompler system 2. Better/ sturdier rail design , DevL prefers his custom LW and the LW system in general as does jadams. I would expect that you would be happy with either of them. |
