I think there is a ball bearing in the buffer, it rolls back and forth when I tilt it. Can one just pound out the roll pin (that hols the rubber snubber on) and remove it, then fill the buffer with lead?

Why would you want to do this?  There is a reason why the weight can slide - it's to handle any bounce back of the bolt.

If you think you need a heavier buffer then get an H1, H2, H3, or one of the 9mm buffers.

Why do you want to screw around with something you obviously know little about?
Are you having a problem with your weapon?
Or do you just like to tinker with stuff for no reason......Be honest..

Actually I think there's Tungsten weights inside  the buffer  which  are heavier than lead

Yea, but if I surounded that with lead dust it'd be heavyER, right?
