will looking through the rear aperture that was designed for 300-600 meter targets influence accuracy/shot placement if your using it for targets at about 80-100 yards?

No.

But lets cover the basics

1) The small aperture allows for better precision than the large aperture.

2) The large aperture gives you a sight picture faster, and is usable in low light situations.

3) The large aperture and the small aperture don't shoot to the same point of aim*  The large aperture shoots lower (anywhere from 2-8 moa lower depending on your sight radius and which batch of apertures your rifle manufacture purchased).

* There are exceptions to this:
1) if you buy a Defensive Edge rifle - Sully is equiping them with AO Sights same plane apertures.
2) You use a Troy BUIS
3) You use a ARMS #40L with the optional same plane apertures.
4) You use a LaRue BUIS with the optional AO Sights same plane aperture.
5) You buy a AO Same Plane aperture and install it on your rifle.
