Would a cast DPMS lower with SN C-08xxx be preban?

looks like it may be. all of their pre-bans are cast receivers. IIRC they only had around 1500 that were pre-ban. give them a call, they are a good bunch of guys.

Oops! is is an 8k sn, not 800. I found a list that had 10300 as the cutoff but this one has a C (cast I guess) prefix.

i'm not sure if the pre-bans have the C prefix. i know that their forged are marked with an F and they are post '94. DPMS has a board here in the industry section. sometimes they are slow to respond, but usually do.
