Does the Magpul enhanced triggerguard work with the Ergo Grip?  Thanks.

I shouldn't say it, but wanting to replace the plastic triggerguards on my Bushies...

I assume you mean Ergo grips like this?

If so, then yes, it will work fine.
Here is a photo of mine. Its not an ergo grip, but I think you can see that there should be no interference between the two:

there is the adv. trigger gaurd that comes with the miad and fits into the grip and then there is the metal one that is shown by the poster above my post and that will work with any grip

THe $20 dollar one that Brownells sells is the one I was thinking of - is it the same one as the pic?  Thanks.

it's the same one but don't get it at Brownells, buy it from a dealer here in the EE, you will get a little bit of a better deal and you will be supporting our dealers

glad to hear, you will be very happy with it.

I also know what you mean by "damn Bushmaster plastic trigger guards".  At first I didn't really care for the Magpul trigger guard but one day I scraped the shit out of my finger on my Bushy trigger guard and that is what had me buy the Magpul.  So to thoose who say it's only a coll looking add on, you are wrong, my fingers are now saved from scraping my flesh because of one

You might want to try one  of the MAID grips also. The best I have ever used. Have 5 of them on verious Ar's. You can usualy pic up the complete Grip and trigergard for around $40. Sounds like a lot. Untill you try it.

Am I the only one who remembers 'Get Bent!' as an insult? I think those are a great idea, especially for winter.

Not to sound like a fanboy or anything, but all of my rifles have magpul enhanced trigger guards, all of them have MIAD grips, and three of my four ARs have Magpul stocks... a CTR, a PRS and a M93B.  The fourth is a LMT SOPMOD.  lol :p

Can't go wrong with any of their gear.  Great stuff.

I've two rifles with MIAD grips and winter trigger guards. One is wearing an M93B as well.

The more I use their stuff the more I agree with you.

I'm interest in getting a MagPul enhanced trigger guard but would like to know how is the MP trigger guard install?

This is the description from Brownell's:

SPECS: Aluminum, matte black. Fits AR-15/M16 rifles. Includes roll pin and set screw.

What's the set screw about?  Does the MP trigger guard not have a standard spring loaded dentent to secure to at the front of the TG?

Thanks in advance.

Set screw goes on the mag-well end of the trigger guard, right side of rifle.

The roll pin goes on the rear of the trigger guard.

You don't re-use the factory spring-loaded pin.

Am I correct to assume that the adv. trigger guard that comes with the MIAD is permantly attached to that one frontstrap, and can't be used with the other frontstraps in the kit?

That is correct. The MIAD trigger guard is molded in to the frontstrap that resembles the A2 with the finger groove / bump. If you want a smooth front strap you'll either need to file off the finger groove / bump or use the enhanced trigger guard.
