I assembled my "RockMaster' in May, but had only shot about 20 rds through it since then.  Last weekend I had the opportunity to run it through a standard Marine Corps qualification course of fire.  I am very happy with it, as I shot 238 (of 250) points and no malfunctions.  (I did have one stoppage, but that was "shooter error":  in the offhand, I hold the slip ring in my left hand and one ejected case bounced off my palm and back into the ejection port, preventing the bolt from chambering.)  I decided to try something I never had before, and shot my last four rounds at the 500-yd line from the sitting position, with a hasty sling, and got two 5's and two 4's.

Ammo was Black Hills reman 69-gr Sierra Match King, which I'm sure helped me do better than I would have otherwise.

FYI, for those not familiar with it, the Marine Corps KD (known distance) qualification range runs as such.  (Targets are scored 5,4,3,2,0.)

200-yd slow fire:  5 rds sitting, 5 rds kneeling, 5 rds standing ("offhand")
200-yd rapid fire:  10 rds in two mags of 5, sitting
300-yd slow:  5 rds sitting
300-yd rapid:  10 rds in two mags of 5, prone
500-yd slow;  10 rds, prone

Very nice. I'd love to run through the qual courses with my rifle.
