Can I sell a weapon face to face to someone that does not live in the same state as me? Can I give (gift) a weapon to my brother-in-law if he lives in a different state than me? Just want to stay legal. Hardwarz |
Not Legally.
It has to go through a FFL for the transfer. If it goes to a person that resides in a different state it MUST go through a FFL. |
