I'm hoping all I need is a Form 4 and FBI FD-258LE-NFA, Imports finger print cards. Can anyone confirm my hopes? Because that's what I just ordered from their Site.

You need a Form 1 if you want to SBR your rifle. You need a Form 4 if you're buying an SBR from someone ele.

If you check the Class 3 forums here, you can find links to download the forms and print them yourself.

if you call them and ask for a Form 1 packett, they will send you *everything* you need.

updated/correct form 1's (in duplicate), citizenship form, FBI fingerprint cards (in duplicate), and instructions.

it'll come in just a few days.
