you load er up, chamber one, take the safety off, put your finger on the trigger, stand on a pogo stick and hop up and down...... you will bump fire.

1. Pick up 30 rnds ammo
2. Dump in trash

Put your thumb through the trigger guard, then put the tip of your thumb on a belt loop on your pants. Maintain forward pressure on your belt loop with your thumb. Take the rifle (VFG or handguards) with your left hand and pull forward. Stay loose and it will work until you've wasted what's in your mag. Repeat as you see necessary.

It's fun for a while, but totally pointless. With the price of ammo as high as it is now, I practice more than play.
