I want to try and install this:
MRFMX 10" Handguard for use with low profile gas block on carbine or midlength system.

But I have a perm installed Phantom.  Can I cut off the front sight and bayo lug and install the HG with out removing the Phantom and modded gas block?

It is a 2 piecxe system.  It looksx alot like my Samson rail.

You will have to cut the D ring off
