I want an M4 style carbine
Choices are

STAG model #2
or
RRA Entry
RRA UTE2
RRA CAR A4

Prices are similar. I would go with a chrome barrel on each anyway.

STAG is going to be faster delivery. But, I will have to add some rails on my own.

RRA I need to wait but they can build the rifle up with the accesories at the factory.

What do you think?

Why not buy a Stag and have rails installed when you purchase it?  Most any of the vendors would be happy to do this for you.

RRA has a lot going for it, but the CMT/ Stag has the correct M4 feedramps, correct spec stock, and correct M4 barrel profile.  If it was my weapon choice, it would be CMT/Stag.

ETA-  The Stag also comes with a BUIS, where as you would still need to buy one with the RRA if you ever decided to get an optic.

+1 on the Stag.

Get your complete lower with tele-stock.

Check the dealers in the EE for complete Stag Uppers w/Quad-Rail HG's.
You can go 2-piece HG or Free-Float HG.

There you go, complete rifle with warranty.

Everything Stickman said
RRA's are nice, but the Stag's are right.

You should be able to pick up a Stag (M4 with BUIS) for under $750, but I'm not sure what sort of prices you are seeing on RRAs.

I've been leaning towards the STAG for a while.

I think that's the one.
Thanks guys.
