I own one of thier AP4s in .308 and it is one accurate bad boy! Now I want to get one of thier M4s in .223 for my son. I saw one with the 4 rail hand guard in a R Guns add for $900.00. I want the 4 rail hand guard so that both the .308 and the .223 will look the same. Is this a good price? Impact shows them for $879.00 but they don't have anyting in stock. Are the DPMS rifles still of good quality since I bought my .308 last year? How about accuracy for thier 16" barrels that .308 of mine is sub moa at 100yrds, will the .223 come close to this? Look forward to all your input.

$900 with the YHM 4 rail isn't too bad. Are you set on a complete rifle, or on DPMS. I'm sure you can probably find someone with a railed upper and complete lower in stock.

I'm so happy with my AP4 .308 that I want another DPMS rifle. Also I want it to look as close to that .308 as possible so when my son and I head out to the range it will be like father and son rifles. I just want to make sure that thier quality is still good and that the .223 will shoot close to the .308 in regards to accuracy.

DPMS quality is just fine..... and it should shoot MOA at 100. i've bought from Rguns.... they are a little gruff on the phone but service and products are fine.
