Best for the money, for range work? Any of 'em. Find the cheapest 20" you can find. Now if you wanted one for serious work, we might have stronger opinions...

I just finished building a 20 inch Rock River A4gery just a few weeks back, used all rock river components, and its awesome... If you feel comfortable building one, you'll save a good bit of money... even if you just build the lower and order a complete upper... either way, Rock River is my fav. brand of AR

Cant go wrong with an RRA, good rifle, and fairly cheap, too.
