I know that mine (standard one) isn't even a little close, not even after I hogged it out to fit on a YHM rail.

I know TD made a replace lower rail for the SIR that would allow the SIR to use their VFG. But they have been out of production for quite a while.

The other alternative is heavy use of a belt sander
