No.
Just remember to clean the barrels of lead after use.

As mentioned, clean the barrel good and you may want to fire a few rounds of .223/5.56 after a range session with the conversion kit installed. Lead build up can block your gas port. A few rounds of .223/5.56 will ensure the gas port and gas tube remain open.
