He pleaded guilty to mail fraud charges and it counts as a felony conviction. He is out of the firearms business for good now but I guess he can still sell things as long as they aren't receivers or complete firearms.

I would like that number also. I have one of the lowers, but no other parts (I will probably just put lower parts kit in it), but I would like to get the original parts if there are any available.
