IIRC the KX3 is still considered a flash hider by the ATF. call Noveske, they'd know.

Its been said several times here that it is a FS, but calling for actual verification would be your best bet. I thought someone had posted the paperwork to show it as a FS, but I could be thinking of something else.

their website lists it as a flash supressor, so no go in NY on a post-ban
