I'm interested to know the brand of the Zmount/scout rail and the 4 rail on the handguards, This is the exact setup I need for mine.

Fixed it fer ya.

That a carry-handle ARMS SIR (don't know the number off hand but you can find it on their site)
It's a FF handguard.
