Great stock, worth every penny and the hassle mounting as I had to sand down a shim for a proper fit.

Anyway:  There are 2 threaded holes in the back (against your shoulder) of the stock, I cant seem to find an add on pad or something that might use these holes.  Any idea what they are for?

thanks

They are for a recoil pad that has yet to be produced.

recoil pad - thanks for the info

we'll never see it but I'm sure my shoulder can handle the whallop of the mighty 5.56 for a bit longer

Thats the word - what a shame.  I put 300 rounds through my 93B equipped 6721 Sunday.  What a friggin dream that stock is.   I think I am going to grab another one in Coyote or OD just because.

Sometimes I wunder about them over at Magpul.  Margins must be too slim on the 93s which I can understand halting production if that's the case....
