Where can I get that paper clip looking sling attachement for the front sight post. I saw del-ton has one for $6.00 but then the want $11.00 for shipping. This is like a $2.00 part.

If you've got some wire hangers, you can bend some up w/ a pair of needle nose pliers, they work just as well.  No shit, when I had all the guys in my battery out running patrols in Suckworld, we took a bunch of extra slings and hangers and whipped up a bunch of three point slings for all of  the boys (this was before the days of RFI for every body...well shit, before the days of interent intheater too).

Look at a photo of one and you can knock it out in no time flat, if you screw it up, no drama, I'm sure you've got plenty of coat hangers, if I recall, you can get about four good ones from one hanger.  Krylon if black or run some gutted type III nylon around it.
