I want something reliable but also affordable, I would like to have a vortex flashhider because I think they look nice but really they might be out of my price range? and links on where I can get them and how much they are??? thanks- |

ok, are you looking for a reliable/afordable M4 style upper w/ a vortex for a decent price? if so, you might have to get a slightly custom upper or build your own.... check out the industry and EE for some good prices (pk firearms, eaglefireams, denny's, ADCO, etc come to mind) a budget M4 style bbl (what size, 14.5+permenant vortex or 16in+non-permenant FH?) would run NIW for ~$250-300, alone--complete upper: ~$500 |

ADCO has a cool build it yourself feature. check it out: www.adcofirearms.com/rockriver/upperbuild.cfm?page=rra RRA uppers are super. I recomend them and ADCO. |
500 does not sound too bad for a complete upper, I would like to keep the overal length as short as I legally can. so basically there is no way around it you are spending $500 if you want a complete new M4gery Upper? |

you can usually find one that is a take-off from a new gun for ~$70 or so on the ee here. although with the BUIS already on there I'm not sure why you would need the carry handle sight. |
