Sure, you hear lots about muzzle brakes and flash hiders.  Are there any devices out there specifically designed to increase flash and noise?  I know Hollywood has made blank firing arrangements that increase flash.  I also realize that muzzle brakes increase noise.  If I'm shooting my AR-15 and I want to have a truly impressive report, where do I turn?

I want the flash to be bigger, the noise to be louder, and the recoil to be greater.

Here you go...
blast

That deals with the flash, I guess if you want more recoil you'll have to go with a .308 or something though...maybe you could put an A2 on upside down to get some muzzle lift

(j/k BTW)

I don't think that muzzle brakes really increase noise much overall, they merely make it louder above, behind and to the sides (where they deflect the blast to in order to help reduce felt recoil.  They likely make the report quieter downrange or below (not that below matters a lot in most cases).
