Hey guys, how are all? Now with the Federal ban expired, is there a way to identify the difference between pre and post ban lower receivers in California? Thanks.

You may want to check the CA section under the hometown section. CA laws are odd unto themselves.
The AWB never expired for you folks.

Doesn't matter - you can't buy an AR15 in California. Only a new, neutered one.
Any existing pre or post bans are legally registered to their owners, and if they don't get sold out of state end up state property when the owner dies.
