I have an LE6920 and I don't want to mess with the staking on the receiver extension. Will a LMT SOMPOD stock slip right onto the receiver extension? Thanks.

It should work okay, as the Colt receiver extension is mil-spec.

To take this and ask another question...
I understand that the Bushmasters are not milspec. Can I put a milspec tube on my bushy without mods so that I can use the LMT or Vltor stocks? Do those stocks comes as kits that will just "bolt on" my bushy?

yes you can replace your bushmaster tube with a stag or vltor tube wich are mil-spec
