Is it adjustable?  What kind of pull will it yield?  What should I expect?

No.  About 5 lbs total.  A much better trigger than the single stage stuff you are used to.

What would happen if I install ISMI springs?

Expect to need to adjust it. There are no adjustmensts built into it so you will have to use a small file or dremel. I have four and they all needed to be adjusted. They went into Stag, Bushy, RRA, and Oly lowers. The first one I sent back to RRA, which the did for no charge. I did the other two myself after seeing what they did. Mostly the diconnecter needs tuned in. Good luck.

How do I tune it?  I ordered a complete rifle so hopefully it won't need to be.

Just my personal experience, but the ones that came on my rifles were awesome, but one that I ordered separate was pretty stiff.

No adjustments (KISS) Mine was a massive improvement over the stock (Colt) trigger. No detectable creep and very nice "wall".  I'd say it's around 5 lbs. If your rifle is strictly for target use, there are better triggers like the Accuracy Speaks. If you intend to use your rifle for "field" use or on your defense rifle where reliability is important, then the RRA is hard to beat.

I, and a lot of other competitive shooters would disagree.  A RRA NM sent to White Oak Precision for a tune up will deliver a tight, crisp pull that will meet the service rifle rules (no less than 4.5 lbs pull) or can be stoned down to even lighter for those running it in NRA match rifles, varminters, three-gun or whatever else doesn't have a pull restriction like service rifle does.

The lack of adjustments is a definite plus in target shooting as well.  At the last CMP Leg match I shot in, a *very* high number of shooters with Jewells, CLEs, and Bushy NM triggers were NOT making weight.  Which makes me wonder how many are cheating during the NRA matches were the weight requirement is still in effect but there's no weight check like there is in CMP matches.

I just bought a complete RRA lower with the NM FCG.  Took it shooting last weekend and was very pleased with it.  Much nicer FCG than my bushy has in it.  I plan on putting one in my bushy lower next.

Interesting. I'm not familiar with this mod.  Do you know how much it cost and what are the benefits? I can't find any information on their website on this service.

John simply stones the engagement surfaces to take all the creep out, and he brings the weight to a reasonable 5 lbs or so (for service rifle applications).  That leaves some safety margin for trigger break in and wear.  The service is $35 including shipping, and no, there's no description on the WOP website as to what he does to them.  Just call John.  He's always happy to explain what he does to customers.

Just installed another RRA tonight. Absolutely the cat's pooper right out of the little baggie. I spent some time working it in which I'm surprised they don't include instructions for. An absolute crisp letoff on every pull.

Since I'm not the one to leave things alone just because they're going under the pretense of working well I proceeded to hit the sear engagement areas with a micro-dab of Moly-Slide. Man-o-man does that stuff do the trick! he
I have to now admit that I cheated a little. I did use some 1500 grit crocus cloth and knocked off the high spots on the pins. If you do this, remember only to use a high grade of crocus or 000 steel wool. You only want to knock off some of the parkerizing not go down to bare metal.
