THE TRUE VORTEX WITH OPEN END , are they leagle?i know there is the many closed endded models but i want a real one.

why wouldnt it be?
unless your state doesnt allow it of course.its a std flash hider so if your state allows you to have flashhiders then its legal

There are NO closed ended models of Vortex that i know of. You may have this confused with a Phantom.

Isnt there still a few states that ban "evil" features like "flash hiders" on so called "no ban" weapons? Like New York for example...

Yes, but NH has no AWB.
