There's a website that sells new XM177 barrels, short stocks, and other early M16 stuff. I thought I had it bookmarked, but I can't find it.

No one knows? I think the compnay is located in the Northwest. Oregon, or Washington, IIRC.
I know I had it in my links, but I can't find it!
