Does anyone know where I can get hold of a Colt pre ban lower?

EE, but you have to be patient. i have yet to find a better place for these lowers i have one lower, and two complete preban rifles all colt. like you i am also in NY i guess the good part is colt made some really nice older rifles (the grey ones)
