These are linked smaller thumbnail images, click on them to load the bigger pics but they are still pretty big. But these thumbnails should load very fast for everybody, hope this helps sorry I don't know what it is either.

Good question. I'm not for sure as I don't own one, but could this be a part to convert the 5.56 AR to a 9mm? Or maybe some old type of speed loader? Can't tell the dimensions of the part, so I don't know where it could go. Does it fit into the magwell, or over the top of a magazine? Is it small enough to be placed inside with the fire control parts?

I've got something like that for my FAL but it loads like 3-4 loose rounds and you push them down kind of like a stripper clip, but there is no guide for the stripper.

Looks like the same thing only for 5.56. I don't see a guide for the stripper mechanism. Besides, a stripper clip guide is somewhat smaller, more streamlined and and only fits the butt end of the mag.

Is this sized for 5.56 and does it fit an M/AR mag?
