Just wanted to pass on the great experience I had with Paul (YHM warehouse manager) when I called to order a replacement locking jam nut for my 4 rail carbine free float forearm. I ran into a problem on the install with the jam nut interferring with the front upper and lower receiver pins not lining up due to the nut sitting to far to the rear. Unfortunately, by the time I discovered this the loctite had already set up to the point I had to use a hammer and screwdriver to break it loose. By the time I got it off, it was badly scarred up. You can imagine how surprised I was after explaining this to Paul that he said he would send me a replacement at NO CHARGE!! Furthermore, he asked if I had purchased their wrench tool to aid in the installation. When I said no, he then said he would also send me one of those at NO CHARGE as long as I promised to mail it back later!!! You can bet I will be doing future business with YHM!!! I was wondering if this was just my lucky day of if anyone else has had a similar experience? |
| I had a problem with a "major parts supplier" really screwing up the timing on my YHM free float handguard, YHM flip up front sight block ,and YHM phantom 5C2 on an M4 parts kit. I emailed YHM and wouldn't you know it, they (YHM) will fix their items on my parts kits for FREE even though they were just their parts sold by another distributor assembled on a kit. It was Paul.......awesome guys they are! I couldnt believe it! |
